Cancellation policy

You can withdraw from the contract at any time. The withdrawal must be made in writing. In the event of cancellation, you are obliged to compensate us for the damage caused by us: In the event of cancellation of up to 7 full days before departure, no cancellation fees will be charged. In case of cancellation less than 7 full days before departure, the full travel price must be paid. The date of receipt of your withdrawal message counts. A replacement person who enters into your contract under the conditions mentioned can be provided after consultation with the landlord.
